By using rjgmedia.works (the “site”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. “We”, “us” and “our” mean RJG Mediaworks, ABN 25 637 433 455, Brisbane, Queensland.

02About our services

Websites, marketing and other services we provide are covered by a separate written proposal or agreement. These terms cover only your use of this site. Contacting us through the site doesn’t make you a client, and doesn’t oblige either of us to do anything.

03Content and ownership

Unless we say otherwise, we own or have permission to use everything on the site: the text, design, graphics, code and illustrations. You may view the site and print pages for your own use, or to consider hiring us. You may not copy, republish, sell or build on our content without our written permission.

The names, logos and websites of our clients belong to them or their owners. Work we do for clients is covered by our agreement with each client.

04Using the site properly

Please don’t:

• try to break, overload or probe the security of the site;
• use automated tools to copy large amounts of it;
• send us anything unlawful, misleading or harmful through our forms; or
• pretend to be someone else.

05General information only

Articles and guides on the site are general information for small businesses. They aren’t legal, financial or other professional advice, and they don’t promise any result. Search, advertising and AI results depend on many things outside anyone’s control.

Examples, dashboards, search results and AI answers shown on the site are illustrations with made-up names.

06Forms and your information

What you send through our forms is handled as set out in our privacy policy. Please don’t send passwords, card details or sensitive information.

07Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, including our clients’ sites. We don’t control them and we’re not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

08No warranty, and liability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we don’t promise that it will be error-free, up to date or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that can’t be excluded. Where the law lets us limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, we limit it, at our choice, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
